How to Use Pre-Seed
Pre-Seed can be used whenever you have intercourse, but is especially important during your fertile window (typically days 10-16 of your cycle).
Attach the applicator
Remove the seal from the tube and attach one of the applicators by twisting it onto the tube.
Fill the applicator
Squeeze the tube to fill the applicator with the desired amount (usually 2-3g). The applicator has markings to help measure.
Apply internally
While lying down, gently insert the applicator and deposit Pre-Seed near the cervix. This can be done up to 30 minutes before intercourse.
Additional application
Apply a small amount externally to yourself or your partner as needed for comfort.

"I'm 35. Hubby and I started trying in December, after I got off the birth control pill after being on it for 17 years. Cycle was a little off as a result of half my life being on the pill, but that's expected. I figured it'd take time for my cycle to balance out. In February I bought this lubricant, along with ovulation test strips, to increase our chances. February was when we used both the ovulation strips plus lubricant together.
