How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at care@preseedindia.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Why We Don't Do Direct Exchanges
This process ensures faster processing and gives you the flexibility to choose exactly what you want, including taking advantage of any current promotions.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
